The contact tab allows you to view all the contacts that are related directly or indirectly to your buildings (tenants, owners, managers, janitors, etc.). You can add them from this tab so that you can then quickly select them in the other tabs. To add a contact, you must click add and enter the following information:

A) If you choose the simplified view mode (at the bottom left of the add, building window):
Identification: you must enter his first name followed by his name, sex and language
Information: the email address of the contact ..
Photo: You can include a photo of the contact by selecting a file saved on your computer. To do this, you click on select a file and you will look for the file in question.
Address: type of address (old, civic or postal), civic number, street, apartment number, city, country, province, postal code. You can add more than one address for a given contact by clicking the add button and entering the additional information.
Telephone: you enter the type of number (cell, fax, pager, residence, other), the number and the extension. You can add more than one number per contact by clicking the add button and entering the additional information.
User: We can specify the role of the user in connection with the web software (no access, manager or company administrator).
Document: It is possible to insert important documents related to the contact in question. Just click on select a file to then browse the files on the computer and open the one you want to import into Proprio Expert.
B) If you choose the detailed view mode (at the bottom left of the add, building window):
All the information entered above in addition to the following:

Information: you enter the date of birth, social insurance number, employer and work function.
Signature You can also include the signature of the contact for use on various documents. You must click select a file and browse your computer to download the file.
When you click the contact tab, you will see a list of all your contacts. To view one in particular or to edit it, simply click on it and you will see all its important information appear. To edit it, you can click the Edit button just below its name. To disable it, you must click the Disable button below its name. Once disabled, the contact is visible only from the search bar, inactive contacts.
