How to Change the Duration of a Renewal

You can watch the video procedure or follow the instructions below.

Instructions

1. Go to the “Data” tab and the “Units” subtab.

2. Click on the unit you want to edit.

3. Click on “Edit” at the top right.

4. In the fourth page (Renewal / Increase) of the dialog box, adjust the duration of the renewal.

5. Click on “Finish.”

You have now changed the duration of the renewal.

Here is how you change the duration of the lease.

Did you sign a lease that does not last 12 months like your usual leases? Do you want the lease to last 12 months when you renew it?

Go to the “Data” tab and the “Units” subtab.

Click on the unit that you want to modify. Click on “Edit.”

Click on the fourth page of the dialog box in the lower left corner.

Under “Duration,” change the number of months to 12.
