How to Change the Return Address of the Letters

Instructions
The return address of the letters will automatically be the address of the company. If you want another address to appear on the letters, follow these steps.
1. Go to the “Data” tab and the “Companies” subtab.

2. Click on the company that sends the letters.
3. Click on “Edit” at the top right.

4. In the fourth page of the dialog box and in the “Correspondence Address” section, tick “Correspondent” in the upper right corner.

5. Enter the new name and address that will appear on the letters.

6. Click on “Finish.”

You have now changed the return address of the letters.

Here is how you change the return address of the letters.
This is how you change what appears in the upper right corner of your letters.
Go to the “Data” tab and the “Companies” subtab, click on the company that sends the letters, and click on “Edit” in the upper right corner.
Click on the fourth page of the dialog box.
In the “Correspondence Address” section, you will see the return address that currently appears on the letters.
The default address is the company’s address. If you want to change it, tick “Correspondent.”
Now, you can fill out these fields with what you want to appear on the letters.
From now on, the software will put this name and address on the letters.
