How to Create a Contact Group

You can watch the video procedure or follow the instructions below.

Instructions

1. Go to the “Data” tab and the “Contacts” subtab.

2. Click on “+” next to “Contact Group.”

3. Select the contacts that you want in the contact group.

4. Click on the three dots next to “Contact Group.”

5. Name the contact group.

6. Click on “Add” and on “OK.”

7. To send an email to the group, go to the “Communications” tab and the “Emails” subtab.

8. Click on “Add” at the top right.

9. Next to the “Recipients” row, click on the icon of a person with a plus sign.

10. Click on the arrow next to “Contact Group.”

11. Select the group.

12. Tick “Identification.”

13. Click on “OK,” enter your message, and click on “Send.”

14. To send a text message to the group, go to the “Communications” tab and the “Text Messages” subtab.

15. Repeat steps 8 to 12.

You have now created a contact group.

Here is how you create a contact group.

Go to the “Data” tab and the “Contacts” subtab.

Click on the plus sign next to “Contact groups.”

Now, select the contacts that you want in the group from your list of contacts. To ease your search, you can search the name of the contacts in the search bar. You could also click on a category of contacts in the search bar.

Click on the three dots next to “Contact groups,” and enter the name of the new group.

Next, click on “Add” and then on “OK.”

To send an email to the group, go to the “Communications” tab and the “Emails” subtab, and click on “Add” at the top right.

Next to the “Recipients” row, click on this icon to select the recipients.

Click on the arrow next to “Contact Groups,” and select the group to which you want to send the email.

Tick “Identification” to select all the contacts in this group, and click on “OK.”

Enter your message, and click on “Send.”

You can also send a text message to the group. To do so, go to the “Communications” tab and the “Text Messages” subtab, and click on “Add” at the top right.

Again, next to the “Recipients” row, click on this icon to select the recipients.

Select the group to which you want to send the email.

Tick “Identification” to select all the contacts in this group, and click on “OK.”

Enter your message, and click on “Send.”
