How to Create an Access for a Landlord

You can watch the video procedure or follow the instructions below.

Instructions

1. Go to the “Data” tab and the “Contacts” subtab.

2. Click on the contact you want to edit.

3. Click on “Edit” at the top right.

4. Enter the landlord’s email address.

5. In the fifth page of the dialog box, change the role of the user to “Landlord.”

6. Enter the landlord’s username, password, and any other information you deem necessary.
The landlord will receive their username and password by email.

7. Click on “Finish.”

8. Go to the “Data” tab and the “Properties” subtab.

9. Click on the properties to which the new landlord is assigned.

10. Click on “Edit” at the top right.

11. In the “Landlords” section, click on “Select the landlords.”

12. Select the landlord you have just created, and click on “OK.”

13. Click on “Finish.”

You have now created an access for a landlord.
A landlord can view the data of the properties to which they are assigned but cannot edit anything.

Here is how you create an access for a landlord.

Go to the “Data” tab and the “Contacts” subtab.

Click on the name of the landlord, and click on “Edit.” Enter the landlord’s email address.

Click on the fifth page of the dialog box in the lower left corner. Change the role to “Landlord.”

Note that only the administrator can give outsiders access to the software.

A landlord can view the data of the properties to which they are assigned but cannot modify them.

They can also view the repairs planned but cannot view the cost of labour and materials.

When everything is filled out, click on “Finish.”

The landlord will receive their login information via email.

Next, you must go to the “Data” tab and the “Properties” subtab.

Click on the property to which the landlord is assigned, and click on “Edit.”

Click on “Select the landlords” in the lower left corner.

Select the landlord, and click on “OK” in the lower right corner. Click on “Finish.”

From now on, the landlord will be able to access their properties when they log in to their account.
