Here is how you create an access for a manager.

Go to the “Data” tab and the “Contacts” subtab.

Click on the name of the manager and on “Edit” in the upper right corner. Enter the manager’s email address.

Click on the fifth page of the dialog box in the lower left corner.

Change the role from “No access” to “Manager.”

Note that only the administrator can change the access rights of the users.

A manager can view and modify all the data, but they cannot change the access rights of the users.

There are different restrictions. The option “Restriction by Assignation,” which is automatically ticked, means that the manager can only view the properties that they manage.

You can also tick “Restriction by Company” to give the manager access to specific companies.

They can view all the data of these companies. Click on “Finish.”

If you ticked “Restriction by Assignation,” go to the “Data” tab and the “Properties” subtab.

Click on the property that the manager manages, and click on “Edit.”

Click on the third page of the dialog box in the lower left corner. Click on “Select the managers.”

Select the manager, and click on “OK” in the lower right corner. Click on “Finish.”

The manager will be able to consult the property that they manage.
