How to Modify the Rent for the First Month

Instructions
1. Go to the “Data” tab and the “Leases” subtab.
2. Click on the lease you want to modify.
3. Click on “Edit” at the top right.
4. In the third page of the dialog box, in the “First Invoice” section, adjust the “First Amount.”
5. Click on “Finish.”
You have modified the rent for the first month.
Note: The rent for the following months will be what you have indicated in the “Price by Period” section.

Here is how you modify the rent for the first month.
If a lease starts on a certain day, but the unit is not ready yet, you might have to modify the rent for the first month.
Go to the “Data” tab and the “Leases” subtab.
Click on the lease you want to modify, and click on “Edit.”
Go to the third page of the dialog box.
Under “First Invoice,” enter the rent for the first month next to “First Amount.”
The rent for the following months will be what you have indicated in the “Price by Period” section.
