We don't have any major changes, it's only some minor bug fix.

Fixed

  • We fixed the Unit Set Minimum Rent Availability Date To Property ReadyForRentDate (Can’t be inferior to specified date).
  • We fixed the Error When Removing a Lease Tenant After RL-31 slips Was Produced.
  • On Bail Expert, We Hide Lease Renewal Information In Unit Insert / Edit / View.
  • ComboBox Find Selected Item By Text Or Value Failed When String Had A Empty Space At Begining Or End Of The String. Example: " Value " Was Not Equal To "Value"
  • We Fixed an error on RL-31 slips when you order list by date
  • When Generating Direct Deposit PPA - Do Not Remove Leading 0.
  • We fixed the Error When Document File Name Has More Than 100 Caracters, File Extension Is Lost, Preventing Opening The Document.
  • We fixed an Electronic Signature Error ; When you have Multiple Lease Annexes With Description Having More Then 256 Caracters it was Refused By One Span (Esign Connect).

Increased

  • We Deleted the RL-31 slips Time Out (Required To Delete slips Having Many Documents).

Limited

  • We limited the Lease Maximum Number of Annexes To 10.
