Quick Start-Up
You can watch the video procedure or follow the instructions below.
Instructions
1. Go to the “Data” tab and the “Companies” subtab.

2. Click on “Add” at the top right.

3. Enter the name of your first company, click on “Next,” and enter its address and any other information you deem necessary.
4. Click on “Finish”, and the creation box for a property will appear.


5. Enter the address of your first property and any other information you deem necessary.
6. Click on “Finish”, and the creation box for a unit will appear.

7. Enter the apartment number and any other information you deem necessary.
8. Click on “Finish”, and the creation box for a lease will appear.

9. Enter the name of the tenant(s) and the landlord(s), and click on “Next.”

10. Enter the duration dates, and click on “Next.”

11. Enter the rent and any other information you deem necessary, and click on “Finish.”

12. Go to the “Accounting” tab and the “Collections” subtab.

13. Tick “Previous Balance Due”, and the rent for the lease you just created should appear. Thus, you know which rents must be collected.

You are now ready to use Proprio Expert.

Here is what you need to do to get started with Proprio Expert.
First, make sure that you are in the “Data” tab and the “Companies” subtab. Now, click on “Add.”
You will enter the name of your first company and click on “Next.”
Then, you will enter the address of the company and click on “Finish.”
This will automatically bring you to the creation box for a property.
You will enter the address of the property and click on “Finish.”
Now, you are ready to create your first unit.
Enter the unit number, and click on “Finish.”
This brings you to the creation box for a lease.
You can enter the name of your tenant.
Now, enter the name of the landlord, and click on “Next.”
Then, you can enter the duration dates of the lease. Click on “Next.”
You can enter the rent here. Now, click on “Finish.”
Head over to the “Accounting” tab and the “Collections” subtab.
Select the month when the lease starts; July 2021, in this case.
You can then see the rents that you need to collect.
