How to Add a Contact (Tenant, Other)

Steps to Follow

1. Go to the “Data” tab and the “Contacts” subtab.

2. Click on “Add” at the top right.

3. Enter the name of the contact, their preferred language, and any other information you deem necessary.

4. Click on “Finish.”

You have now created a contact.

To add a contact, go to the “Data” tab and the “Contacts” subtab. Click on “Add.”

The only required fields are the first and last name of the contact.

Next, select the communication language of the contact.

For example, if you send them a lease, the lease would be in the language you selected.

When this is done, click on “Finish.”

As you assign this contact to certain elements in the software, such as a lease or a collection, this information will appear in the contact’s file.
