How to Create an Access for a Consultant

Steps to Follow

1. Go to the “Data” tab and the “Contacts” subtab.

2. Click on the contact you want to edit.

3. Click on “Edit” at the top right.

4. In the fifth page of the dialog box, change the role of the user to “Consultant.”

5. To restrict the consultant’s access to specific companies, check “Restriction by Company”, and select the companies.

6. Enter their username, password, and any other information you deem necessary.
The consultant will receive their username and password by email.

7. Click on “Finish.”

You have now created an access for a consultant.

Do you want to give your accountant access to your data but do not want them to modify anything?

Go to the “Data” tab and the “Contacts” subtab.

Click on the contact and on “Edit.”

Click on the fifth page of the dialog box in the lower left corner.

Change the access from “No access” to “Consultant.”

A consultant can view the data but cannot change them.

Tick “Restriction by Company,” and tick the companies to which you want the consultant to have access.

Once everything is filled out, click on “Finish” in the lower right corner.

The user will receive their username, their password, and their login link via email.
